These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tabiri website and services (“Tabiri”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), located at tabiri.africa. By using Tabiri, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tabiri. By accessing or using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Account and Access

Some features of Tabiri may require you to authenticate via third-party providers, such as Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Use of the Service

You may use Tabiri only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. Tabiri is intended for informational and entertainment purposes and is not a source of legal, financial, or investment advice.

No Guarantee or Advice Disclaimer

Tabiri may include predictions, commentary, or content related to politics, economics, sports, or other subjects. This content is provided solely for informational and entertainment purposes. We make no warranties regarding its accuracy, completeness, or reliability.

You use Tabiri at your own risk. We are not responsible for any losses, decisions, or consequences resulting from reliance on our content or platform.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse Tabiri, interfere with its functionality, or engage in any unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior. Automated access, reverse engineering, or tampering with the platform is prohibited.

Anti-Money Laundering

Tabiri is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance with the laws of Kenya, including the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act, No. 9 of 2009, and other applicable regulations.

You may not use Tabiri for any unlawful, fraudulent, or suspicious activities. By using the platform, you agree to act in good faith and comply with all applicable legal and ethical standards.

All user activity and transactions are subject to monitoring. We reserve the right to investigate and act upon any behavior that may indicate misuse or violation of the law.

If you observe any suspicious activity, system issues, or misuse of the platform, report it to us immediately at legal@tabiri.africa.

Tabiri may suspend, block, or permanently disable your account and withhold funds as required by law or in response to requests by regulatory authorities.

We will fully cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in cases of suspected financial crime or reputational harm.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tabiri Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Tabiri at any time and without notice if we believe you are violating these Terms or acting in a manner that harms other users or the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi for any legal dispute.

If you have a complaint or concern regarding Tabiri, please contact us by email at complaints@tabiri.africa. We are committed to investigating all issues in good faith and resolving them as promptly as possible.

For any inquiries related to transactions, please include relevant details so we can conduct a proper review.

If you are unsatisfied with our resolution or response, you may escalate the matter to the Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB). Before doing so, you affirm that you have not violated these Terms in any way.

Where disputes arise and cannot be resolved directly, they will be referred to arbitration in Nairobi under a single arbitrator agreed upon by the parties. If no agreement is reached, the arbitrator will be appointed by the Chairperson of the Kenyan Chapter of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the Tabiri website or via appropriate notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
